Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, arrested szT1 aneuploids, Lon-2 males, WT males (ok1198 hemizygotes) and ok1198 homozygous hermaphrodites (arrest stage/phenotype undetermined - may be slow-growing viable). Pick WT and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain.
