RW364 unc-120(st364) I. ts Unc. At 15C the animals are nearly WT, until adulthood when they become sluggish. At 20C and 25C a gradual deterioration in the animal's ability to move occurs, until as adults they are almost completely paralyzed. They are sterile at 25C.
