Pick wild-type GFP and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain. n5287 is a 2,694 bp deletion (flanking seq 5' - TGCAACTGCCGCCATTGCTC 3' - AAAACTCTCTAGCATATTGT) and 25 bp insertion (TCTGCCATCATTGCTGCCATTGCTC).
